The Miracle

Each day is a miracle
Beyond the eyes can see
Horizons bring

 precious melodies
Soft spoken memories, shared
Laughter,

Being the treasure we seek
Hardships creating the Will to be
The vase glows on the outside
While the rose inside blooms
More seeds planted
Some die in the process
Others blossom and flourish
Prosper never surrender
Radiance aglow

Oh yes, definitely one to consider, thank you my friend! I am bookmarking this and am glad that you sent it to me, now of course, I AM a bit partial on a few fronts, but they are not hindering my judgement lmao like the fact that Vic;s last name, and eventually mine, is Miracle! Aside fro all thatthis is indeed wonderful and I love it! Best of luck in this and all of your endeavors. Hetohke'e *

I really like the sentiment of this poem, Kari...It's to stay strong and focus on the good things and not to look back in surrender to things that have hurt us.

These border-backgrounds by Maatkara are just exquisite, especially to the poetry you write--You're doing her very proud and the combination of your art to hers is simply lovely.

For some reason, this reminded me of life cycles. I do agree, each day is a miracle. It is what we make of it, and I try to cherish each one. Lovely work!

    horizons bring precious melodies

Every once in a while I hear those precious melodies sung by the horizon... Unfortunately most of the time it's just the humming of the cars I hear

This is a very beautiful poem that you've written sweety, radiating a nice and gentle feeling through it well done!
