Haven’t seen you do a haiku in a while. This one is nice and the feeling is mutual. You broke two rules for proper haiku which I love! I hate those two rules and I break them all the time. You probably know but I’ll mention them anyway. You titled it, haiku title is supposed to be the first 5 syllables or line and the image is supposed to be about nature not human emotions. Thank you for breaking the rules and making this Japanese form more meaningful.
