Homes are meant to make you feel safe and loved
But his didn't
His made him feel scared
And alone
His home made him cold inside
Made him do stupid things for attention
His home was just a house
A house he was no longer welcome in
Sent away to a relative
To a person unknown
A new town, no friends
And an attitude he wasn't willing to change
He didn't want to fit in
He didn't want to get good grades
He just wanted to leave
Till he met her
One girl who put her faith in him
Her trust, her love
And without knowing it
She made him want to live again
She saw the good in him
Saw how intelligent he was
And how kind his heart was
And she fell in love with him
[Change happens everyday
One mistake changed everything
With one mistake he was sent away]
But they found each other
And he came back
For love always finds a way through
