my varied distance remained unforeseen
in manners that even I, myself, cannot
easily explain; self escapement inside
these words scribed and, still life
maneuvers onward as if the sea became
an extension...
Mentally, insights were proclaimed
without prejudice although phrases
locked in concrete aren't moving.

This is a gripping and evocative write, my friend. Another perilous journey into the inner sanctum. Scares the hell out of me to do it, but it's captivating what we discover about ourselves. Great work!
