Roar!

(Cinqain)

Only
when the bright face
of the profuse yellow
dandelion shines will we know:
spring’s here.

Great job on a cinqain. Loved the title and the poem.

A lovely done cinquain. It kinda forms a star shape as well. My tulips and daffodils tell me...they are so pretty. But yes, those wicked weeds are soon to fill the yards for children to maked necklaces and build bouquets for mama.
    Thank you for entering.

Thank you, very kindly. I love dandelions, they are my favourite flower. And, such nasty ones, yes, cluttering my green lawn with yellow sunshine. And, they make great wine. (But, I would not know about that; it never lasts long enough to find out.)
