My mind says i cant make up my mind
My heart says one day you'll see
My mind says it's not meant for them
But my heart says be happy with wat you got
My mind says i think i might want him

Kaila i love this! It's a hard decision but either way things probably won't go the exact way that you want them too but in the situation it's probably smarter to go with your mind because that would be the more rational decision, ya know? It's true that hearts tell no lies, your heart knows what you really want but your mind tells you what it thinks it right for you and in most cases it is the decision that will work out better in the end although it may hurt in the beginning, in the end it'll all be ok. Great write!!

Well I would say follow ur heart, but u might wanna follow ur mind. Hearts tell no lies like u said, but your mind might be the best choice if you want to follow something solid. I definatley can feel you on this poem. It hurts to ignore your heart. Trust me. Good poem though.
