furred at the edges; it
hissed a warning in the
wind, swiping at the Earth
with paws of anger. Mice.
That's all we were, mice
to be toyed with: it got
ugly, real fast. The last
thought I had before things
went black was, "Have mercy!"

This would make a good twist for a scifi/fantasy film... Almost as if the skies and nature itself turned its back on humanity and made life miserable, scary and well yeah, ugly fast. x

It is so nice to see you writing these. You always put your special touch to pieces. I have seen three tornados now and that is enough. But I suspect I will see more.
