Things we battle with time to time
Haunt me deep inside my mind
Everywhere I seem to go, I try to explain, but yet no one knows
Abusive realationships in my past simply shows me
Nothing, not even love even lasts. Is everything
Gone in the lands of time,
Recapturing memories that kept me inside.
Yearning for my heart's desire, but only having it die in its own fire
Gregory Lee molded part of my path,
Only strengthening me, despite my father's early tasks
Thunder bolts warm me, by the constant pain
Healing through suffering is how I became sane.

I think I came up with the idea of being "The Angry Goth" before I ever knew about Allpoetry.com. I hope that it brings closure to the name I use. I hope you enjoyed this. Thanks.

very simple, yet well written...I know of the hardships you've been through, yet you continue to blow me away with the frankness of what has happened to you....no, it's not being bitter, you have every right to be bitter....and I dont' think it will ever really go away,but it will fade with time. have hope

Yes, you do know a lot of them...my own hard times...wow again. I do have hope. I love my rain clouds and thunder and lightning to go woith them, but along the lining of my grey-mattered cloud, i have a silver lining ♥

Simply Very Well Written
Simple words written in well structured poem that flows perfectly from the start till the end showing your pain like clear water fountain...I'm sorry sweetie for the past pain you had to feel by living it...pain is the flip side of the coin called life. With the sense of suffering flowing through the lines here, it's no wonder you have chosen the name the angry goth. Sometimes anger can be a positive force. It motivates us to DO something and not just sit in the sidelines and accept whatever comes our way. It's nice to meet you. This is a sad feeling
When your young and growing the world seems harder than other times. Life is not fair sometimes and we seem to have more pain than pleasure, but you will learn to cherish that pleasure.
