"It's all in your head,"
I said to myself
Before the monsters took me away.
Now I rest in your lost cellar
Pretending I don't exist.
[Chorus]
What is this?
What madness have you created?
How did you convince me
To be exactly like you?
You created this abuse.
You raped my already fallen mind.
Look at what you've done to me!
Look at what you've Done!
You've made me exactly like you.
[Chorus]
What is this?
What madness have you created?
How did you convince me
To be exactly like you?
You've taken all my childish intentions
And turned them into hate.
I can't believe that we're not sick.
We only live to destroy.
[Chorus]
What is this?
(This madness you've created)
What madness have you created?
(Why aren't we sick)
How did you convince me
(I won't be like you)
To be exactly like you?
(Forever, never)

"I love Amy Lee" Option 4
I think this is pretty Evanescency.
Please tell me what you think

Its really good, but to be perfectly honest I think you could've done better, but I guess it's hard trying to write something 'original' while basing it on something else, I know I've had a lot of trouble with creating for the contests I've entered
It would probably sound much better if I had music to go with it, but the lyrics themselves are just a lil too simple, and a lil too repetitive, even for a song, but don't get me wrong, it still rocks \m/

I agree
"Look at what you've Done! You've made me exactly like you", is definitely my favorite line, it hits really hard and is very Evanescency (love the new word!) This is a great poem, and I can completely hear Amy Lee singing this, loud, like Bring Me to Life but darker. Great job, and thanks for following the rules! Good luck in the contest, I was glad to get one of option 4.
