one
awaits
the coming of
spring with passion
we want those colored flowers and green grass
the fresh scent after rain with birds chirping
takes forever
for it to
arrive
now

This is a beautiful form poem and it makes me wish for the beauty of spring even more. As you say here, it takes a long time to come around after a long, cold winter. Nice write, and thanks so much for entering. Blessings, Patty
