Just when I label our chapter "destroyed"
I think someone got paranoid.
We're in for another episode,
Of "Let's see just how loud I can make her explode"
And don't give me a meaningless explaination,
Because I invented this creation.
I know what happened with me and with you,
Don't tell me your lies, because I know what's true!
And if you want to come and find me,
Then why are you just trashing?
How can you turn me black and blue,
When we're just verbal-bashing?
Why tell me I'm unappealing,
When to you I'm so attracting?
If you think I'm just a joke, my dear
Then why are you not laughing?
You always say you'll get me back,
But what is a threat without an attack?
I thought you were winning this fight long ago,
But you're stuck in the dirt with no medal to show.
So I'll just walk past you, singing my song,
I thought I had lost, but you proved me wrong.
The glow in my eyes could bring you to tears,
And my shocking grin can shoot steem from your ears.
I know you can't stand this, no need for pretending,
'Cause I'll laugh a lot louder if it's that offending.
If you're crying now, I hope that you drown.
I'm just standing now 'cause you won't push me down.
We can't forget what we can't avoid,
And it looks like someone's paraniod.
If you're looking for a scissor fight,
Then cut me up or cut it out.
Just saying you can find me,
Will not beat me up or knock me out.
You're throwing your bombs, but they aren't impacting,
I can tell you're defeated by how you're reacting,
You say that I'm not pretty,
But to you I'm so attracting.
You say I'm just a joke, my dear
But I don't see you laughing.

Early December, 2006... I stole this girl's boyfriend for almost a year and then they got back toghether, but she STILL hated me. She used to call me and constantly annoy me online. She either talked about one of two things--- 1) How her boyfriend just "used me" for revenge on her and I meant nothing to him, or 2) How she thought she had a lesbian crush on me because I could "understand" her... So I asked her one day--- If I'm so worthless, why do you care so much?

This would be great as a rap in an angry rock song, or possibly lyrics with some shuffling around.
Love the language used, really strong and impactful... isn't a word -_- -
Paranoid...
sometimes when people lable us as a certain way...then we become that...but weall have been touched with the feelingsof thebodyand this is only one of those feelins...

This is very well written poem, such truth and so much alot of people can relate to... I actually pictured this poem about a married couple , for alot of wives can feel isolated and torn by there husbands especially after a long time, things said can be paronoid, and some men can push and push and then enjoy seeing you explode... the way you wrote this and described the emotions is cleverly done, a really great write, you let the reader see there own images in the poem, and give alot for people to relate to, while still keeping it personal.. well done!!!
