A husband is so much more than a word,
He is our other half, of a soul incomplete.
When I think of my husband my heart swells,
And my eyes overflow with a joyful love.
He's always there for me and I know he will always be,
So if something were to happen to my soul mate,
I would be lost in a very dark place.
I would feel alone and empty without my husband.
So, in this, your hour of need, I send my prayers,
Because, it is your husband that we must plead for.
Please Lord, bless Catz's husband in his journey to renewed health.
Please bless dear Catz's as well, her journey is harder still.
For she must watch, helplessly, waiting for her soul mate to heal.
Bless this couple, dear Lord, today and all the days of the lives,
That this tragedy will simply become a memory of one their greatest success' in their long and wonderful life together.

A well written, tender and poignant write that touched me as the reader...I'm not married myself but I can understand how stressful and upsetting it would be for your spouse to be injured, badly or even slightly...it would affect me in the same way...
