In the Castle an angel appeared one stormy night
saying: "I am a fallen angel who was bold.
I must perform good deeds to make it right
and I need your help to redeem myself, I'm told.
"You see I once played tricks on folks for fun
with help from grandpa Wyles our Castle ghost.
He loves to scare crap out of everyone;
to make them start and squeal is his proud boast.
"One night in catz's bower much noise we made
you should’ve seen the look upon her face
as round her room we flew she was afraid.
How fast she ran away as we gave chase!
"Then next we went to Am8ur to startle her,
appearing by her bed and shouting BOO!
She jumped so high I felt quite bad, for Am8ur
in panic ran to try and find King Hugh.
"I told the ghost we must behave ourselves
or retribution we would surely suffer
he laughed said he’d look after himself.
"I’m here to have some fun!” The silly duffer!
"King Hugh came roaring through the rooms so quick
“I hear that grandpa's ghost is playing games
and you, my dear, the damage must unpick
or I'll have to strike you off the list of Dames.”
"So now I must perform good deeds you see
for Catz and Am8ur until they say:
“The good deeds that you’ve done for Dee and me
deserve your wings back and you now may stay.”
"For weeks I ran between the two each night
performing chores until I earned my wings
and now I’m happy, having made things right,
I've earned the pleasures being an angel brings."
The King forgave his fallen angel bright
but Grandpa Wyles he wrathfully did scold.
“I feel ashamed of you! Go from my sight
and stay away! Don’t come until you’re told.”
To dungeons went the ghost for yem to chain;
he hung his head as guards led him away.
“Forgive me Hugh, I'll never stray again;
I’ll prove I can behave. Then can I stay?”
I hope you learn, from this verse that I post,
how angels fall who misbehave with ghosts.

Even angels get into trouble in that Castle! But look who he chose to play with! I don't know if it's a good idea to keep the ghost in the dungeon though. You see, there is a very naughty person there who I'm sure will corrupt that ghost lol

Weird, I thought I commented here? I know I had written out the comment because I remember what I wrote. Must have forgotten to submit it.
I remember mentioning the punishment down in the dungeon...Forced to drink Moderate amounts of Moxie, listen to Hugh discuss Maori history and watch hour long films of King Hugh feeding the ducks.
Glad that you are again with the Angels...I'm guessing it was the Moxie that did it.

-
-
Yeah, I'm back again, wings and all, it could've been the Moxie that did it! ya gotta be careful of grandpa Wyles he can get very persuasive.

HAHAHAHA Barry, well, I originally had crap, then I thought "no I can't say that!" so I put life, but didn't like it, so crap it is!
Well, I can't be an angel all the time.

Dear Bea,
Your angel needs to watch out when playing around with my grandpa's ghost. He wasn't actually a womaniser but my psychiatrist tells me that I have inherited his fixation with BOOBS which is apparently evident from DNA tests. I'm told it's passed down in the genes.
Maybe that's where they got that bit in the Bible where it says: "...and the sins of the forefathers shall be passed down to the children, yea, unto the third and the fourth generations..." All of which goes to show how the ancient study of Boobology is not just a new fad or a passing phase.
Your shocking tale of horror should be a lesson to anyone who messes with Grandfather Wyles' ghost.
Good luck in the contest.
Applause, love and hugs. vXXX Hugh R.
