Have I lost? Have I won?

Have I lost , have I won?
In this battle of ages,
Of arrogance against arrogance,
Among past eons pages

Was I wrong, was I right
Beneath the mime moon and sun,
There is something still that pricks,
Have I lost, have I won?

Is the victory so sweet,
By  trampling hearts of those among,
Why should have it been so?
Have I lost , have I won?

But conquest is possible,
By only pleasing some,
Then I learnt the answer,
I had lost as my arrogance had won!!!!

This is an amazing poem. There is so much thought in it and I often think so myself. Congratulations!
