I can see the pain in your eyes.
I can feel trembling in your hands.
I can hear all your mortal cries.
I see how your spirit falls and lands.
Yet there is nothing I can do.
There's no way to take away the pain.
The fogs to dark, to black and blue,
The violence of your heart won't wane.
And there's nothing I can do.

This is a wonderful tribute to a friend. I love the way this penned out. It flowed very nicely..Great job

Sad, but true. There really isn't anything to do. (Your poem before this makes a lot more sense now by the way.) Yesterday was good.
