Absolute wonder
Of that which passes fast
Like it never happened before

In deed
Glimmering lights shine on
Fading endless tones and tones of mirth

Of birth
Of life
Of death

Crystal waters lap ancient rocks
Slowly slipping down the falls
Mother Nature stares on

With a story to tell
Silence screams all
At nightfall nothing can be heard

But

The sound of raging waters downstream
Tall trees speaking to each other by whistling branches
Cashew nut boughs lying low to taste the waters

At midnight

All but mother moon
Shine on to touch every one
Who sleeps beneath such beauty

Please tell me what you think

it's amazing how much beauty is in nature. how much wonder is in the world. i think as humans, we've forgotten how to appreciate that beauty. we no longer notice the trees swaying in the breeze, or the grass beneath our feet. here, in your poem, you've reminded us what's out there (and with such vivid detail/thank you!). wonderful poem... oh, and where did the title come from? just wondering.
    Cheers
