Hello Terminal

Birds sing to the light
despite the fact that their dying inside
Tripping over a controversial lullaby

The wind blows the braches so they can say goodbye
These nights I'm falling asleep
Summer dresses transforming winter days

This flights taking off and i'm drowning in clouds
Scattered across the vast reality

The shadows are bringing me home
As a street lamp brings light to a deserted street
So maybe this is goodbye

hello, i'm not ready for goodbye

Insignifigant though they are
The greetings and partings fill my ears
Fill those who fear the silence of the terminal

What shall fall from my thoughts and form to words on the tip of my tongue

Hello or goodbye
When i'm standing over you
Ironic how you look exactly as my memory holds

This is a flight i never want to take
The turbulance is something even i can't fake
It only ends in the hallow

So i'll swing in abandoned parks, pretending your with me
And i'll stare at the sun on a tuesday afternoon,
And hold your hand like we used to do.

I'm not ready to say goodbye i'm not ready to miss you

I'll be with you one day, until then i know your with me in a way.

That's as close as i'll get to hello and goodbye
As close as I am when i'm high
