Silent whispers
Stir the night
Above the soil
Where sirens writhe
Drowning murmurs
Sift the waves
Secluding stars
From passion's eyes
Jeweled sands
Scorch the feet
Of weary dreams
Soothed by sins
Sorrowed muses
Seethe the faith
In tortured souls
Sickened by life
Love's tender touch
Kindly brings forth
Death to all hope
Woefuly damning
Throughout it all
She struggles silently
Her tears entwined
With the azure tide
She looks in silence at the moon
Longing to relive the past
When solitude's shackles
Were but ashes in the breeze
Mourning her loss
Whilst verses are written
Never to be found
For the beach and the poet
Are one at heart

this has some interesting phrases and word choices, but a little too abstract in the beginning, it gets stronger toward the end however.

Beautiful.
This paints a beautiful picture. Great imagery and I love the words you used to describe it. Awesome work.
