Delight ,not Despair

When i suffer with so much of suffocation
in the dark weaves of the life's columns
I am frightened to come nearer to you to glance at you
and your star  studded moonlit face

A pitch of  darkness  is waving all around shaping many incosistencies
I prayed my soul to shower needed strength to wade through
A sudden flash of brightness sizzled before
leading like a kind light to reach me to the lines of gratitude.
When we sincerly attempt to do anything dedicatedly
devotionl grace showers love and affection for ever on us

how beautifully you have shown us how we can get lost in the darkness of unconsciousness at one moment, and with the intention of awereness invite the light into our souls again the very next moment ... this very moment ... it's just a matter of shifting our attention, all is present within us already ... your poem ends beautifully and reveals the precious gifts for such mindfulness to us ...
thank you for such a wonderful contest-entry,
    all the best,
