here we stand
just you and me
stranded in a waste land of teenage delinquency
with nothing but our stupid acts to get us by
people say thet we are dumb
that we shouldn't act out
that we have no idea what life is about
well i'm here to say that i do
and i don't care
don'y judge my actions
don't you even dare
so shut up and go
i'm here to have fun
maybe we shouldn't be the only ones
Author notes
some times i wish people would just loosen up...

hey
Sorry I judged this contest so late. I had a million and one things to do.
I find it easy to identify with your poem, though I had a very good reason not to put all my own poems like this on the internet. And that reason is, that everybody feels like you described at a certain point of there lives. And a little originality certainly wouldn’t harm anyone.
Your poem is a lot like a million poems I wrote. It is teenage thinking. Just like a lot of the other poems that entered this contest.
Thank you for entering this contest, I hope you didn’t take this personally. You put great effort in this, I just think you could do better.
Love & peace
Ps.: If you read some of the comments on other poems, you will see that a lot of them are the same, because I decided to make my comments just as original as the poems
