Hey Granny
Clever write!
Just wanted to tell u that the hay(na)ku consists of one word in the first line, two in the second and three in the third. So, u can consider altering this piece.

Syrupy wouldn't do now would it?
I watched my daughter in my prescence tell someone asumed info ans said it came from me. My ex did the same thing two weeks ago
fighting with his wife. Must get away from these people, pray for business to be a place of honor and integrity. I am friggin' tired of being people's foil and excuse.

Gosh I love this form especially when an element of metaphor might be written within six words.
Really enjoyed the read, and best wishes to you in the contest!
