Straying from the path foretold
sunshine-covered, darkness overruled
line myself with this mysterious significance
wonder, wane, feel its trance...
Plot by plot each rock,
each a symbol of humanity, valor, honor, love
in the overwhelming impatience of the world
to forever remain,
through seasons of nature and humanity,
fury of heat and bickering,
and coldness of snow and heart,
lie there to guide us through the dark
It's reasons so puzzling,
declaring theories within
while we bask in the extremities
of the simple guide that God spiritually bestowed,
So follow the heart and soul,
and Walk the line.
Author notes
Alright, I agree I do not know where this came from and how it came to be, but I thought it'd be fun to enter the contest. Hope you understand my poem, not one of my best, but I hope you enjoy.
Cheers

Very nice job, I like very much the symbolism you interpreted from the photo, guiding us through treacherous times when we find ourselves in the dark, thanks for entering!

I much like this, it seemed to me to fit the photo and your imagery, so beautiful and rich with the mystery of life, these rocks as the line so well defined in this lovely spiritual and felt piece, gorgeous...
Good Luck in the contest
