Life is good, life is pretty, life is sweet
for the young, the healthy and those with teeth
when you get old and ready to go, you may think that will never be me
but it is sad to say
we all have our day
though inside we are forever young
and our spirits have many a song to be sung
what we must remember though - we have to make way for others to have their day
we have to step back and not be greedy
and also not seem to be needy
even if we are haggard and seedy
But never mind eh - mustn't grumble or mumble even when we stumble
Get on with it I say
March into the fray
To everyone will come the day
when they are old and grey

We are never old just as old as we feel i am not that young as i'd like to be but i feel young in my soul and spirit because of the lord that is inside of me , feel free of you're burdens and you're ways let each day make you feel young and pray for strength and guidance in you're young life
