The room

golden etched pillars of oak
the place every morning I awoke
a room of large parties and weddings
also a place of torture and beheadings
large men and women thirty feet tall
they would make any humans seem small

shadows of departed souls on the walls
carved oak pictures in the long halls
a place where peace and evil merge
also a place where feeling will serge

this place in my messed up head is all in one
where it all started and where it all begun

Awesome use of imagery and great job describing the two conflicting emotions/opposing forces of good and evil. I like it.

    Imaginative

Good write with loads of imagination. I like the contrast in the 3rd and 4th lines reminded me of perhaps the French revolution. Good luck in the competiion.
