would I think to leave those lonely tears
wrapped in shadows of the past
to find a passion that would last
and every word I hear you say
gives something special to my day
those poems of a secret kind
play soothing music in my mind.
Write me a song - a melody
of moments that I wish would be
my life forever there with you
for this is what I wish to do.
