Author notes

Ha, a postpartum poem. Not my best but it's an effort and I thought it would be fun to make an announcement in poetic form. Rictameter lends itself well to this I think.

ahh... love found in a bungle...
wise eyes and full of coos where love is known by child's reaching grasp.

    This did make me smile!
Keep penning on one stroke at a time!

What a lovely rictameter you penned as a birth announcement. Congratulations and young Kurt Judah is adorable, so precious. Thank you for entering and best wishes in the contest. I would love to see this centered for the diamond effect. Still plenty of time to do that. Love and God bless you and yours, Joyce

I know how proud you must be. I have a five year old granddaughter. My first grandchild and am expecting my first grandson which will be here in two months. I'm so very proud. I once met an older man that wore a hat which read. "If we had known grandkids were so much fun. We would have had them first" I think the greatest part of life is watching your children have children. How amazing it is for both them and you. Life is full of gifts, but none campare.
