I thought the capitals added emphasis to cerain words. I liked the form of this poem, it gave it a certain flow without being too over-whelming as some forms are sometimes. I thought this was a good, powerful poem which I liked a lot. The last line was the same as the first line, creating quite a cyclical feel to the poem.
