Once I was a fine statue
Standing tall and proud
I was there to appease and to please you
By representing and resounding your voices loud
When you would knell before me
With your eyes shining with tears
It mattered not the concrete pained your knees
You felt a peace come over you that you hadn’t felt in years
Then came that fateful day
When my demise became the truth
And you forgot about my special gifts, never prayed
Not for me, and my head was laid on this roof
So God took pity on me
Put me on a pillow of fluffy clouds
I am tired from talking about the memory
And I sleep sweetly for I can still be proud

Sis this was rather unique and sad as love which was given soon to be gone because of it not returned.
Or through the changes of what was didn't last and moving on finding peace within the end of the hurt.
