Lay your whispers by my ear
oh melancholy dreams
dance by my bedside
in your colours of spiraling blues
yet, know my eyes
will never be stained
with your wretched tears
I will no longer ache
my heart slumbers peacefully
in the hands of my sweet lover
who like I, once danced in your whispers
your colours of spiraling blues
your dreams of nevers
our broken pieces
became one years ago
and now we dance together
on clouds of silk
where no one else matters
you can lay your whispers by my ear
you can dance by my bedside if you wish
I'll never hear those faded dreams
never dance in your darkness of spiraling blues
love has replaced your once timeless treasures
your companionship
your lies, your tears, your unfaithfulness
we once had to wake up to you, your taunting
now we live, and breath
to wake up
to one another...

Lovely poem
Presumably you are talking to Sadness/Unhappiness/Melancholy or every unhappy emotion as an entity! and telling it that you don't need it anymore
This is a very liberating statement which you have put across with supreme confidence!
well done! -
