Spring Time

The path curves
flowers and trees beside
the way the colors are so bright and
the sun shines warmly as I walk along the path
humming a beautiful song of joy
I just love the spring time
do you too?

Yes, I do
enjoy this day as one
of the most gorgous days I have seen
the way the leaves reflect the light, as the birds sing
I think of all those around me and
I pray they too can see
the beauty

Nice title. Perfect syllable count. Nice imagery, flow and tone. Very nice expression of feeling. Nice word choice. Nice alliteration and assonance. You clearly express your thoughts and it fits the picture for which it was written. Thank you for your entry. Shelley

This is such a happy poem and I like the way you ask questions in the first triquain which is responded to in the second - such a lovely technique.
