media hate is not a crime

Believe what you read
You fucking hypocrite
I wish you were dead

I think you lost your mind
The media got to your head
Your views are so hard to find
You believe everything they said

"In God We Trust"

"American Dream"

"God Bless America"

"One Nation Under God"

Can't they see
What they believe
The lies they tried to feed to me
It's not that easy to make me agree

I won't fall for their tricks
I won't belong to their cliques
I won't believe all their critiques

Tell me not to do what you did
You fucking hypocrites
I wish you were dead

Well express in the negative ways the press and media express only one side of the story. It done to attract readers. You make a excellent point that as a reader. There times we need to question what wrote and seek out the truth. Media permits myths to exist in our culture which cause harm to the many. The passion you express is a rarity. I think even as a Christian we have had similar feeling after reading certain stories. Have you ever read the original Constituent? It on the Internet. I like the passion and points in this write. Thank for entering our contest. Have a great day

that 'one nation under god' bit, I heard 'they' added that bit after the constituton was written...but what a load of shite, eh. under god means dominion under the christian white-MAN, that's all.

but to end with...'I wish you were dead' wouldn't be me, but I praise your grrr. well done

First off, thanks for entering my contest. I'm trusting you've read the rules, have only entered once, and have 0-5 trophies.

Now, about your poem. Me being a Christian affects my judgment of this greatly. Also, I didn't take to kindly to the profanity. Grading this simply as a poem, it's well-written, raw, and flows rather nicely.

Good luck to you in my contest.
