The midnight sky –
So full of twinkling illumination
blankets the earth below.
Shadows fill every corner,
ambiguity surrounds every creature.
A haven may be found, within this realm of darkest beauty.
The sense that you are alone and
A fleeting awareness of peace,
Only lends to the impression of anonymity.
Tread warily within this world of misty shadows,
where death and mystery are forever entwined.
For what you find - may be your own demise.
