Not Caring.

You can spit on my reddened face,
My shameful figure,
And I'll smile and smile on.
Hurt me, humiliate me infront of vacant eyes of perception.
I shall waver but not fall.
I will weep but not bleed,
For my satisfaction and my own careless mind.
I'll willingly take all the deceit you have to give,
All the judgemental faces, the nodding heads.
Because after months of not caring,
Phones left ringing, hearts remain throbbing, mouths still swearing,
I'm not giving up now.

Author notes

A court case, I'm going through with it. Fuckers.

I like it. Keep pushing those times...push and shove right back. Great right.

    Deep write

This is so filled with emotion so that any reader can gather the emotions of the speaker.

Though short, this poem needs to set of words to show its meaning. While reading it, the rhymes gave this write a flow that made it easy to flow from sound to sound, word to word.

    Good job.
