Our World

Melting ice caps,
Too slow for the naked eye,
Heat waves,
Too hot to breathe,
Oceans, rise and fall,
Rise and rise,
Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Typhoons,
Wind, heat and water,
Consequences indescribable
Loss of life incredible, unacceptable.

By turning a blind eye we are guilty of this heinous crime, our planet is dying and we are tightening the noose everyday, without even acknowledging it.

    i absolutely love this!! fantastic! i am very concerned about our world. i am sickened by those who say- nothing's wrong, it's supposed to happen. wake up and look around. the earth is turning to desert at the rate of 40 sq miles a day! very well done. thank you

    YEs...i do!! "Too slow for the naked eye," pretty much sums up why nobody cares 'enough!' If it is not all "up in your face" it's more than likely going to get dismissed, and unjustly so. Does the future really have to end at our end??? Come one people, start to care!!

    i think about this all the time, and its pretty hard to ignore it, specially in Brisbane, channel 10 show like 20 adds a day for that carbon test shit....
    so we cant just sweep it under the rug anymore!
    ur definately right...does anyone care?
    and i worry about my childrens children havin to live with our legacy, our legacy that was caused because of everyones absentmindedness!
