Winds whip my skin,
Like fronds of long leather.
Pain wells up,
Long red lines streak my hips,
My face,
My breasts.
All for your pleasure.
My hair stings my face,
Like the tears in my eyes.
All I can see is your smile.
Stand above and below and all around me,
Watching me spiral to doom.
Cold wet stone is the ground that is under me,
Rapidly closing is the gap til I land.
How long will you let me fear for my life,
Before you can stretch out your arms and grab hold?
Do you know what it's like?
Falling for someone
Who won't catch you?
Some people just think it's fun to watch you die.
Hold out your hands before i touch the bottom...
Catch me before it's too late?
Stop me from falling too far.
Author notes
3. What do you do when you're falling for the one who won't catch you as you fall?

wow - this is very well written. it takes the quote and throws it back with such emotion and power... it almost makes me speechless. this is a very good write.
well done and good luck. -
Bitter and hopeless, but damned powerful...I definitely will be saving this one. Looking forward to reading more.

Beautiful
Left me speachless. It sent me through a slide show of emotions, is the only way I can explain the way I felt while reading this piece. Good Job!
