Livid continuance
Imbued with despair
Fiery heart conveys curses
No utterance I dare

Emerald eyes inquest the sky
Coveting the heavens
Languished soul perplexed
Yearning for my star

Surrounded by explosive beauty
Blinded eyes keep searching
Running waywardly through lifeless life
Insanity's encroaching

Psyche transpires
    I feel your glow
Anguish dispelled
    My star I hold

    What an amazing effort,
    The depth of thought this image has created, the sheer brilliance of this write,

    GOOD WRITING ...

    the uneven rhythm, uncertain rhyming and word images stir vague, uncertain feelings of anguish and discomfort ... if that was the goal ... it is a successful writing ...
    Personally, I liked it the first time I read it; I liked it when I read the tenth time; and the fifteenth time. Conclusion: I LIKE IT!
