i've been with out it forever
and with out it i'm stronger
but the temptation continues
to an extreme i've never felt
known
tasted
HEARD
it "shoots up" from with in
as if i have no control
the loss of breath
the foundation of sin
the detriment of myself

"inhaling" the agony
needing the "smoke" to see clearly
it's everywhere, but was is ever really
the blood rushes down
the affliction itself elapses
outlives
perpetuates
SUBSISTS
"taking" the craving
the "ride" is rapturous
it continues to show me
the conviction of itself
the infatuation of the "rush"
"enslavement"
"compulsion"
"ADDICTION"
it collides with my heart
clashes with the nerve
the light of the eye "dialates"
becomes dark
vanishes among the dreams
breath
heartbeat
LIFE
