She gave you her love
She gave you her trust
You split her heart open
And turned it to dust
Not eating, not sleeping
Just dying inside
Broken and shattered
She wanted to hide
You gave her sorrow
And you gave her pain
How can she ever trust you again
Crying alone over love lost
She loved you so deeply
But look what it cost
She goes through her days
The best that she can
Trying to cope, and understand
How you can love
Then just walk away
Why with her heart did you just play.
