there i was so strong and ready 
in the green in the sun looking so proud
i vowed that i would stand for ever and ever 
but one day it all went wrong
i just grew so old
now i am broken no longer strong
but i am still there and until the end i will
stad as strong as i feel
and feel as strong as i try to look
