As I look through many pages,
Of words to song so true,
Some how I’m reminded,
Of someone I call you,
My heart cries in a mournful sound,
Whenever you aren’t near,
I ask my self just what love is,
I wondered all these years,
But now I know because of you,
You taught me a great deal,
It’s kind of like a dream,
When reality isn’t real,
I like it when you’re close to me,
How I fall into your arms,
I’m lost into another world,
A world that is only ours,
I try not to imagine,
Or to ponder of the day,
The day you’ll leave my side,
The day you’ll go away,
I hope somehow you’re different,
Unlike all the rest,
You’ll be the one I love,
And you are better than the best,
All I ever wanted was to find my other half,
Count up all the tallies,
And plot the data on the graph,
When you hold me I don’t want to let go,
But when I do I just want you to know,
I’ve never love any one,
Greater than the way I love you,
Nothing would make me happier,
Than to hear you love me to.
Please tell me what you think

Beautiful...
This speaks of a love so true and pure...yet also of an underlying fear that it may prove to be like all the other loves that came before...
Very well written...
