you watch as life slowly slips away as you are living
life pulls away as if it were a hand and you merely a hot stove
you can't get it back once it's gone
just like the hand avoids touching the stove at all costs
once it knows it's full power
all of the pain it reeks
it will never, ever touch the stove again.
Life is just a kaleidescope of emotions
intertwining in a central soul,
a place where life and death has no name...
just,
existence. Nobody knows the feeling,
nobody puts their hand back on the stove
once they have touched it once.
We don't know divinity, nor do we know...
an honest defininition of immortality.
Words are immortal. Emotions are immortal.
The being, the creator, of these words or emotions...
they are not immortal.
We live life in anticipation of living forever. When that
last moment comes to us... we are surprised.
It feels like it is all slipping away from us, like
the past was just
the present
except, you could not do anything...
anything at all to change what went on.
The past seems so real, so... vivid, yet...
it's gone like the seeds of a dandelion,
flying away with the wind of spring.
Right there, just beyond our physical grasp.
Even if we would do anything to grasp it
life would not let us.
Life is a most disagreeing existence. There are...
well, usually, there are no exceptions.
Wishes go ungranted, and for the lucky,
the simplest wishes do in fact partake. Nobody can
see what you see as you see it, which is the magical beauty of life.
But people can see what you see. We live life, hoping that our life
will make some impact upon lives to come,
unaware that we, ourselves, eventually become
another part of the past... we become that thing
that you wish you could grasp onto,
but conscious of the fact that someday
we
will
have
to
let
go........
And there is nothing at all we can do to avoid this.
Just like a robot may wish to become human
due to their fear of living forever
and their lust to feel the passion for another human
but to have another human also want them...
we human's may want to become robot. We yearn for that
emotionlessness. We yearn to live forever.
Our anything we would do to be immortal
is not enough for life.
We
still
have
to
let
go.........
and there is nothing at all we can do
no action we can take
no thought that we can proceed thinking
no unconscious state that we can reside in
that will allow us to be immortal.
Our bodies rot more and more each day,
a most depressing and unsatisfiable thought,
but one that holds the truth that every intelligent
human can understand.
Of course, life itself may be beyond our grasp
beyond any realm of normal understanding
but we get the main idea.
It's not about money
it's not necessarily about fame.
Sometimes, it's not even about love.
We all live for one thing.
So we can hold onto something
so that when we find ourselves needing to let go of life
we will still,
in some sense
be
holding
onto
something
and
never
need
to
let
go............
We hope to impact the future
make them think, make them twist and turn in bed at night
wondering how we did something
how a certain chain of events
went so perfectly
(or
so
wrong...)
We want to be in a future history book
not as drastic as being president
but we want to impact the future in a form that a president would
without being a president.
And it seems as if we have forever to thus achieve this goal,
and then when our personal forever is up
we are astounded
at how
short
that
forever
seemed
once
it
was
over....
We want to go back, we yearn to go back.
Our need to keep our eyes open for one more second
just to fight against the way of existence
one
more
time...
well, it fails miserably.
You can't keep your eyes open forever.
Once you die, you are put under
total
anesthesia.
There are no medicine's to bring us back
no treatment to give us
one
more
second.
Consciousness slips away
eventually......
Life slips away
hope dies
we never will stay alive.
We are doomed to die.
It is our fate, destiny, truth come to light
whatever you wish to call it
we are in fact,
called to die.
Holding on to life is like holding on to the side of an ice cliff.
you can never be sure whether it will melt beneath your hand
or if it will
crumble beneath your hand.
And as long as you are living, you will someday be forced
to reconcile with the demons
tempting you to let loose one finger
then tempting you
to
let
one
more
go...
and one more
and
another
and
another.
All of them until all ten are
falling down a bottomless pit with your body
lifeless
and
cold.
Nothing can stop this from happening.
It is Fate.
Death
is
Inevitable.

Death will come to us all..but the inbetween time is worth the stay...as we are all humans and yes we will get burnt upon the stove...for we are human...simply human....our stay here is a gift in time...we can take and give as we please...death is the end...or is it the begining..we still do not know...thanks for sharing...sorry to see you go
