Keep rolling in the mud,
Ignore truth,
Murmer,
"I love you, me."
How long
Do we go on,
We're not fine,
We're not all right...
Get out of the fight.
How many lies
Do we have to tell ourselves
To make the pain go away?
If we were gods,
Then this place would be our creation.
Oh wait...
We are not meant for this world.
This world is not meant for us.
Get out now,
While you still can,
Before you're unpardonable,
Jesus still wants you.
The real sad thing is,
Your spirit wants life.
But let your mind lie
To the rest of you,
Know you soul is easily moved
In any direction.
Jesus still wants you
To want Him.
Author notes
This is my most honest piece I have ever written.
Take it as it is.
I understand if you are offended.

Offended? Psh... I'm harder to offend than that
And actually found it very beautifully put. I really really enjoyed the third of the four poems. The "oh wait" line just made me smile. Very nice indeed.
