Chaotic Messing Morning

Te he he, ssh
Mum’s still asleep
Let’s not wake her
Let’s make her a nice treat

Let’s get the rats first
For they can lend a hand
Or at least keep me company
While “I’M DOING IT ALL,” is what you demand

Let’s start with the fridge and freezer
Let’s see what we can make
I wonder is there any eggs in there?
So we can make her a cake

I’m getting quite thirsty with this hard work
Put the sugar in the kettle, go on, and give it a go
Now put the kettle on to heat
Don’t worry I’m sure it won’t blow

Now the soap powder mummy always says
Takes away nasty stinks with out a trace
Doesn’t it look so pretty all over the floor?
Ha ha ha you’ve got it all over your face

Carry your coco pops carefully now
Don’t make a mess, mum will get a fright
You’ve soaked me now with chocolate milk
Oh well now you’ve started the fight

Ssh I hear mum
Or is that her talking in her dream
I know what else we can do to help
The youngest one says her eyes gleam

Leading into the bathroom
She looks for what she can use
“Look, here we are,
The tooth paste and toilet roll is what I choose”.

Now fill the sink up with water,
Get the toilet roll all nicely wet,
I’ll put the tooth paste on the walls and floor,
We’re cleaning, don’t worry, and don’t fret.

Mum will thank us for this,
She will see we’ve done a good job,
It’s my turn now; give me the shower gel,
Do you not know that it’s rude to hog?

Ha ha ha that’s so funny look,
The cat’s in the bath walking about,
They cats need a good bath they stink
Yesterday I heard mummy shout

We could do it for her
Free up some of her time
We are only going to help her
Now I know that that’s not a crime

Oops! I don’t think the toothpaste works
The cats all sticky and white
Hold on I’ll get the shampoo this should work
Hold on to him really really tight

Oh my god, why did you let go?
The cat is running all over the place
Meowing, scratching, rubbing and rolling
The toothpaste is everywhere were is his face?

Now I think we are in trouble
Quick grab anything to clean him up
The clean stuff that mum just washed that will do
Don’t worry she won’t notice the muck

I wouldn’t start cutting that paper up
You never pick the cuttings up off the floor
Remember mum saying yesterday?
There’s your other pile still at the door

I hear mum coming, oh no she’s awake,
I just know she’ll be upset
No she won’t she will thank us for doing it
Watch this how much you wanting to bet?

Oh, what did she shout there?
She’s in the bathroom is all I can tell
She’s asking us if any of us knows
What’s that dread full, disgusting smell?

Now don’t you say a word you promised?
If you do I will say it was all you
She’ll get all angry at you and not me
You’ll lose you TV for not one day but two

Or here’s another plan we could use
But we both would get in trouble for it all
We could just keep blaming each other so she can’t tell who it was
