Wrapped with wings they soar above,
Their adoring eyes watching down with love.
They are the angels watching down on you,
Praying for your safety too.
Though its rough remember this,
Their love for you still exists.
They will guide you to your happiness,
And cry with you in your sadness.
They are the angels out to protect you,
Watching as you achieve the dreams you pursue.
They will be there to hold you hand,
Watch you grow just as was planned.
You can’t see them but I promise they are there,
Listening and hearing each and every prayer.
Remember always their unconditional love,
Watching their daughter and sister blossom into a beautiful dove.
Author notes
I know how it feels to lose a loved one. My older sister was killed in a car wreck at the age of 18. I hope this piece brings you hope and helps you to understand this tragedy. Though you may never fully recover, you will always in time better understand.

I'm sorry also to hear about what happened to your sister. Though I've not lost a love one in my immediate family when I was three years old my uncle Gregory died in a car crash too. He would've lived we expect but he had a problem with clotting blood and therefore too much blood was lost. We all feel so bad about it and my Dad and him were not on speaking terms (my dad used to look after him with special care 12 years exactly apart in age Gregory younger... Greg was only 18 as well). They didn't get on as my Mum was a catholic and my Dad a prodistant and his Mum and Dad didn't like Mum and as Greg was so young he sided with his Mum. It hurts Dad now. But Gran (Dad's Mum) is nice to Mum now as she believes God was punishing her for being so cruel by taking Gregory away from her. She still speaks about him every day and in their home Gregory's bedroom stays in tact with all of his things.

What an inspirational write so full of hope and love. I am sorry that you have lost your older sister words cannot take the pain away, I know I lost my younger brother about 8 years ago. But we can't lose our faith and have to pick ourselves up and go on. What a wonderful write.
