Women born and woman dressed or undressed
are Eve, figged or naked in front of man
dancing barefoot or flat-heeled, or high heeled
it is beneath our facade that we are blessed.
Adam, or his kinsmen, so broad of chest,
luck to you to touch more of us than this:
kiss of skin, or know of eyes,
taste of breath or felt our curl, underneath demand
that gentled heart recognizes command
for us to offer you fruit by hand.
