Never

I wish I lost you
Though how can you lose
Someone you never held
Soon there'll be no pulse rate
My heart dangles
With desolate dreams and loneliness
As hope weakens on such fine threads

Yes, me, the insignificant soul
The one you walked upon
Without seeing where your footprints would land
You've devastated my will to live
As I lay paralyzed in my own shell of bones
I could never say goodbye
Because you never said hello

~Beautifully Penned in your heart of sorrow and wisdom~

My Dearest Soul Brother ~Timothy The Poeticweaver~
You’ve captured the trouble and sorrow we all feel here below.

You long to fly to the skies above
And in the Lords Hands, I wish you endless love
My how I’ve felt the same sorrow
That we all feel here down below

This is a powerful poem of mortal love
Yet if you set your sights on eternal love
You will “never say goodbye” and sail in heavenly hello’s.

    Bravo!

This was amazingly well written. It flowed well, and all that figurative language jazz. It's quite an odd feeling when you feel you lost someone because the've never said hello, but you described it very well. I especially liked in the second stanza, line 5, how you used the phrase "shell of bones", I think it really adds to the pain of the poem.

Oh My! I have had these very same thoughts and feeling recently! It is odd that when we meet someone and create a bond it is hard to shake it loose if it is deep and embedded in our spirits. It seems that you have shaken your loose my friend. Letting go is essential sometimes. Great little angry ditty. Don't know where it came from, don't need to, it's good.

    Love You ♥

    tearfully incredible!!!

It brought tears to my eyes -idk if its from the write or the rememberences of nearly losing a very dear friend not by lack of hellos or good-byes but from loving and worrying and caring too much to the point of rarely hearing from them and being a friend on the backburner of life and favs. My fav lines in the write that atually brought the tears were:
    My heart dangles
    With desolate dreams and loneliness
As hope weakens on such fine threads
    and
As I lay paralyzed in my own shell of bones
    I could never say goodbye
    Because you never said hello
you may have lost trust from too much love and worry but but the love is still htere and one day i hope the heart and love is reshared and apart of your life again in many ways.awesome write and i hope this makes sense between the tears.

I'm sorry sweetheart I never meant to blank you -you know this free spirit of mine may never be tamed. You were warned before I entered your heart that I am loyal to me-
    I still love you immensely

~Beautifully Penned in Passion Pain and Summer Rain~

My beloved soul brother ~Timothy The Poeticweaver~
I can touch and deeply understand the root of your pain.
This life is meant to be lived and shared with family and friends.
I am thankful that I had enough courage to say “Hello”.
I’ve found my soul in a rainbow halo.
When loved ones walk out of our life,
Whether it is wrong or right
We grieve as a weeping willow tree.
In my life, I’ve found joy in saying Hello,
I can never say goodbye, its too final.
Such is my quest and my journey this lifetime.
I will forever call you a dear and cherished friend of mine
Sometimes just a kind word from a friend can make all the difference.
You can count on me to forever say Hello, and rest your weary heart on my pillow.

~XXX Hugs, Love, Kisses to you and yours eternally~

    Phenomenal beauty and pain

Hey bubby. Hope you are well.

This is definitely not your usual pace but it makes it all the more wonderful a write. It has beautiful pain that reaches out to the readers soul and runs sandpaper fingers over satin hearts. I love this piece and you.

Hugs love and kisses to the fam and yourself.

    Your Sis

    Timothy?

    Where have you been?

You have been missed on the circuits here at AP. Hope the poem is not indicative of your absense. I can't think of a poet more loved here than you my friend. I certainly understand your words and have been there myself.

    Take care.
