From beneath blood red moon it rose
Born of ancient death's seed
with not thought, only desire
it rose to power in the night
and those of the undead kneeled
fear in thier immortal souls
those who worshiped the blood cringed.
Something new had arisen
from beyond darks night.
"Fang and claw coward
seeded with bastards blood
rue my dark nights flood
reap the reward
of unholy seed sown
Lay before your master
puppy bellies soft, fat, and exposed."
"Let the blood god bleed you
like
crimson
from
the
rose."

That was very intense and I loved the end, the imagery was great,"bleed you like crimson from the rose." so artfully beautiful. I am a Buffy fan so I love all things vampire!
Blessed Be!

A very true and original vampire poem. Blood and roses, there's nothing quite as beautiful. Great job. Good luck.
