Don't you see
you've broken me
There's no need to hang around
I don't need you
but you want me to.
You're still
stomping on my heart
like you're a part of it.
You don't know me,
don't control me
you don't make me happy.
I loved you once
still do,
just don't want to.

Letting go is a hard and long process. I know what you are feeling 100%. I loved this part:
You're still
stomping on my heart
like you're a part of it.
You don't know me,
don't control me

Oh the proverbial breakup...something that always comes in the end, whether for a short time or a duration. There are times when our denial and second guessing are actually more hurtful to us then the actual breakup itself. Irregardless of what comes, we learn from every meeting and that in end is what really matters, the process of growth...

Hugs...Eddy
