The Chimp And The Monk

Monkey see and monkey do,
that monkey looks just like you.
Big brown eyes and  luscious lips,
wow long hairy fingertips.

With his tail he hangs from trees,
swings from branches in the breeze.
He found a bike painted red,
jumped upon and off he sped.

Out the gate and down the street,
peddling fast with little feet.
Ran into a chimpanzee,
really cute as she could be.

Sat upon his handle bars,
weaving in and out of cars.
Took her to the park to play,
monkey fell in love that day.

Acting coy upon the swing,
big brown eyes made his heart sing.
Playing tag beneath the stars,
chased her round the monkey bars.

Tied the knot with chimpanzee,
forever more so happily.
Now she does tricks just for him,
dangling from the jungle gym.

    Hi!

    Sandy!

We’ve read so many stories in schools, books about the origin of human beings. Now days, some find that as a deviation from the reality or true belief.
I just remember my Dad had two monkeys. Most of kids loved to play with the light black monkey instead of white colored monkey with black speckles. That white colored monkey with black speckles was so aggressive and could just easily bite.
Do you love monkey? I do like them as creations of God The Omnipotent.

    Nice comic poem!

    Take care!

      Great Comment My Friend

Hello Scarzat, I think we all read stories as kids about monkies. remember Curious George stories. His curiosity was always getting him in trouble. I know a few people like that too. They are adorable and very itelligent. A wondrous creation by God indeed. Take care, Sandy.

        Hi!

        Sandy!

Animals are communities and are our examples. They have their own languages just like English, French, Kiswahili, and so on>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I had a dog long time ago and sometime I could feel like was sending its message to me.
One day I had to go picnic with my friends. When I was about leaving the dog run wild at the door, block the door at the same time aggressive shouting like a mad dog.
When I tried to move back from the door it kept quiet. Then I said it’s OK I’m not leaving. Two hour later I received a call all my friends are in intensive care in the hospital. They had a terrible car accident.

        Take care!

          Amazing Reply

Good Morning Scarzat. It was a pleasure to come on and see your lovely reply. I agree animals are very intellegent and can communicate amongs each other as well as get our attention. I am so glad you did not go that day. Very sorry your friend was hurt. I do believe our time on earth is all about timing. If it is not time for us to meet our maker we will be spared many times. I myself should have be dead 3 times in my life but here I sit and write my friend this moment in time. . I always enjoy our conversations. May your day be filled with joy and blessings in abundance to share. with others.

          Take care

          Sandy
