Grey

The sky, so bleak and grey,
Does lie to me today.

I like Samplette's take on this. Now see me, after reading the previous two poems of yours, I was thinking along the lines of something like, "No matter how bleak and balmy things may appear, the SON is always shining". Perhaps we are both way off base. Nevertheless, this is one of those thoughts that has many interpretations and for that, I can truly appreciate it.

I think I get this. The teasing of rain, so you change your plans, only for it not to rain. Even if that isn't it, it is a great write. Thank you for entering.
